Case 40: DSD and Laminate veneers and Full mouth rehabilitation

 Digital smile design is an integral part of treatment planning protocol in any smile make over or a full mouth rehabilitation.

Here we have a case where there was collapsed vertical dimension along with anterior teeth wear. It was decided to go in for a DSD and a full mouth rehabilitation ivolving Laminate Emax CAD veneers for the maxillary anteriors and the remaining dentition was rehabilitated with full coverage porcelain fused to metal crowns.

The sequence for full mouth rehabilitation is the same as we discussed in my previous cases. Additionally this case had the planning done with DSD for planning and to help me do a mock up close to what we want as an end product.











This case was done by me at Parasu Dental Hospital Chennai.
