Case 34: A case with Photoshop Smile design and Emax crowns in maxillary anteriors.

  Here is a patient who met with a trauma leading to non-vitality of his maxillary anteriors 1.2, 1.1 and 2.1 which was endodontically treated. Post- endodontics, the anterior teeth which had lost its clinical height needed full veneer restorations regaining the desired crown height.

A photoshop smile design was done to replicate what the patient had prior to the trauma based on his old photographs. After discussing this with the patient and getting the design approved, we went ahead with the crown preparation and the lab was communicated accordingly to achieve the desired esthetics with Emax- all ceramic crowns for those three teeth.








This case was done by me at Parasu Dental Hospital, Chennai.
