Case 24: Guided Implant surgery and prosthetics
After getting used to the protocols of guided implant surgery, here is a complete case from start to finish.  This was a rehabilitation in the 4th quadrant involving replacement of 4.6 and 4.7. It was decided for an implant supported rehabilitation of the missing teeth. After CBCT assessment, we planned for guided implant placement with Dio-navi system. The prosthesis planned, was a splinted screw retained PFM crowns with screw access hole filled with composite.







This case was done by me at Parasu Dental Hospital, Chennai.

Case 45: Cementation protocol for an emax- lithium disilicate crowns The chances for dislodgement of an all ceramic especially a glass ceramic is possible when isolation is not maintained during it cementation.
