Case 52: ALL ON X- COMPLETE DIGITAL WORKFLOW(One Smile At A Time)

Here is a case where the entire rehabilitation was carried out digitally. Its a case of terminal dentition of maxillary arch with no loss of vertical dimension. It all starts with diagnostic photographs and video to assess the lip dynamics and expected esthetic outcome. 2-d Photoshop smile design is carried out and communicated to the lab for a digitally guided stackable guide that involves guides for bone reduction, osteotomy and immediate provisionalisation which is seen in sequence here. When ready for final prosthesis, a prototype is milled to verify the digital impression thats carried out using truabutment scanbodies. the final zirconia prostheis was made hybrid with a titanium frame with direct screws over MUAs.
